We often find that information available in our company database hosted on a secure server is NOT available to staff or customers when they are working out of the office and away from their desk. This system allows a subset of the data to be exported to a cell phone accessible page on any website.
Our Mobile Data Access process is an optional automated part of the ACS Nursery Inventory Management software, but any software can utilize our system if the data you wish to share can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
We have a full website devoted to this process with examples where sales and production staff need access to inventory locations and production work lists. Sales staff working in the field and/or visiting brokers may need access to production availability information and specific locations of the product being offered for sale.
