User Permissions

While most of our client Nurseries do not use restrictive permissions, it is available. Reasons vary, but a few examples are;

  • You may have inventory count personnel that do not have need to access sales or financial parts of the program.
  • You may have contract sales staff that should only see records for their own clients.
  • You may have staff that should view data and run reports but are NOT authorized to change financial or inventory information.

 We can structure the permissions so that users can see, but not edit, or be completely restricted from areas of the program that could be "above their pay grade".   Permissions can easily be modified to fit any special needs on a user-by-user basis on any nursery.
